  • Employ, discharge, supervise, and pay out tradesmen, contractors, janitors, caretakers and other workmen at agreed upon costs to the owner;
  • Provide strict accounting of all revenue and expenditures with monthly financial statements submitted to owner;
  • Arrange and manage building insurance, optimizing coverage while minimizing premiums;
  • Obtain quotes for and manage major system or structural upgrade projects for a reasonable fee;
  • Attend arbitration hearings and initiate collection procedures for tenants in default.
